Mothers Butter Chicken Curry Mix 100g. How to make: In a pan, saute 500g boneless chicken in 1 tbsp of butter until it turns golden brown. In a bowl, mix the entire content of the Butter Chicken Mix with 125ml milk & 250ml of water. Pour this over the chicken & stir. Cover the pan & simmer for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Stir in 2 tbsp of butter along with 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream. Product of India.
